We have had some heavy snowing and it still continues. It's quite unusual that the snow has stayed on the ground for several days and not melted away yet. Better keep the fingers grossed now! I like to watch snowing trough the window, it's relaxing. Fireplace + a cup of tea or coffee + snow storm outside= sweet feelingYesterday we did set up the winter feeding for little birds. Need to remember to fill this up regularly. Maybe need to shovel snow from the roof once in a while... let's hope the birdies will enjoy themselves, too!

Viime päivät on sadellut rankasti lunta ja se jatkuu yhäkin. Onkin aika epätavallista, että lumi on pysynyt maassa sulamatta pois. Lumisateen katseleminen on minusta rauhoittavaa. Erityisesti yhtälö takkatuli + kuppi teetä tai kahvia + lumituisku ulkona saa aikaan mukavan tunteen.
Eilen laitoimme lintulaudan paikalleen. Sitä täytyy nyt muistaa täyttää säännöllisesti. Ehkä myös kolata lumi katolta silloin tällöin... toivottavasti pikkutintitkin viihtyvät!
